These Terms and Conditions govern the access to, purchase of, membership in, and use of Human Authority Architects™, BizurAI Software, the HARAI™ — Human Authority Recognized by AI methodology, the community, training programs, resources, tools, content, systems, and any other products or services offered by BizurAI Corp.

By creating an account, purchasing or renewing a membership, accessing BizurAI Software, participating in Human Authority Architects™, using our materials, or otherwise using any BizurAI product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our products or services.

2. What is Human Authority Architects™

Human Authority Architects™ is a professional training, implementation, and business development program created by BizurAI to train individuals to discover, validate, structure, and translate genuine human authority into signals that can be understood by people, search engines, and artificial intelligence systems.

A Human Authority Architect™ may learn to work with, among other things:

professional background and experience;

knowledge and expertise;

credentials and authority signals;

achievements and professional track record;

positioning;

authority categories and topical expertise;

entities and semantic relationships;

content;

digital presence;

Authority Pages;

SEO and AI SEO;

structured data;

trust and recognition signals;

client implementation;

and the development of an independent professional practice.

The purpose of the program is to develop judgment, methodology, and implementation skills. It is not limited to the use of any particular software or tool.

3. Human Authority Architect™ Is Not a Regulated Profession

Human Authority Architect™ is a professional category and designation created within the BizurAI ecosystem.

It is not a government-issued license, university degree, state-regulated profession, public certification, or any other form of official governmental authorization.

Participation in the program does not automatically make a member a certified BizurAI partner, official representative, or authorized agent of BizurAI.

4. The Educational Principle: First You Build Your Own Authority

A fundamental principle of Human Authority Architects™ is that every member first experiences the process personally.

The educational philosophy of the program is simple:

First you build your own authority.

Then you learn how to build it for others.

Throughout the program, you may use your own professional history, experience, expertise, positioning, digital presence, and other relevant information to develop your first Human Authority architecture and become your own first case study.

Once you have completed that process, you may then learn how to apply the same methodology to clients and build your own professional services around it.

5. The HARAI™ Method

HARAI™ — Human Authority Recognized by AI is the methodology developed by BizurAI to help identify, validate, structure, and communicate genuine human authority in a way that is understandable, verifiable, and meaningful for both humans and artificial intelligence systems.

The methodology may evolve over time as BizurAI, search technologies, artificial intelligence systems, professional best practices, and the collective knowledge of the ecosystem continue to evolve.

6. What Your Membership May Include

Depending on the current offer and the stage of development of the program, a Human Authority Architects™ membership may include, among other things:

access to the Human Authority Architects™ training program;

HARAI™ education and resources;

a BizurAI Software license;

Authority Page templates or systems;

authority validation checklists;

HARAI interview prompts;

client discovery workflows;

AI SEO education and resources;

implementation methodologies;

frameworks for organizing evidence and credentials;

client communication scripts;

service models and delivery frameworks;

templates and worksheets;

maintenance and follow-up resources;

artificial intelligence agents;

internal applications and tools;

access to the private community;

support according to the membership level;

updates;

and future improvements to the BizurAI ecosystem.

The specific offer published on the sales page and checkout page at the time of your purchase determines exactly what is included in your membership plan.

7. An Evolving Program and Ecosystem

Human Authority Architects™ and BizurAI are continuously evolving ecosystems.

Certain content, features, AI agents, tools, integrations, modules, resources, or educational materials may be released progressively over time.

BizurAI may:

improve existing content;

update methodologies;

reorganize training modules;

replace technologies;

introduce new resources;

discontinue obsolete features;

change technology providers;

and adapt the platform to the evolution of artificial intelligence, search technologies, and market conditions.

These changes are part of the natural evolution of the program and, by themselves, do not create any right to a refund, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

8. Monthly Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Human Authority Architects™ operates as a recurring membership subscription whenever indicated on the applicable sales page.

By subscribing to a monthly membership, you:

agree to the price displayed at checkout;

authorize the initial payment required to activate your membership;

authorize automatic monthly renewal;

authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method;

and understand that charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.

Your renewal date will generally occur on the monthly anniversary of your original enrollment date, or on the renewal date established by our payment processor.

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.

9. Founding Members and Locked-In Pricing

Members who join through an offer expressly identified by BizurAI as a Founding Member offer receive special benefits associated with joining the program during its early stages.

When a Founding Member enrolls under a Founding Member monthly rate, that rate remains permanently locked for as long as the membership remains active, uninterrupted, and in good standing.

This means that as long as the Founding Member:

maintains an active subscription;

keeps all payments current;

and does not cancel the membership;

they will retain the original Founding Member price, even if BizurAI increases membership prices for future members.

If a Founding Member cancels their subscription, they permanently lose their locked-in pricing.

Should they later decide to rejoin:

they must enroll at the pricing then in effect;

they will not automatically recover their previous Founding Member rate;

they will not automatically recover Founding Member status;

they will not automatically recover any Founding Member badge;

and they will not be entitled to future benefits specifically associated with that status.

Founding Member badges and benefits are personal, non-transferable, and remain linked to the uninterrupted continuity of the original membership.

BizurAI may introduce additional Founding Member benefits in the future. Possessing a Founding Member badge does not guarantee any specific future benefit unless BizurAI expressly announces it.

10. Cancellation at Any Time

You may cancel your membership at any time.

The primary method of cancellation is directly through your BizurAI Software account.

To cancel:

log into your BizurAI Software account;

navigate to the Billing section;

locate your active subscription;

select the cancellation option;

and complete the cancellation process displayed on screen.

Members may complete this process independently and do not need BizurAI's authorization to cancel.

If you cannot locate the cancellation option, experience technical difficulties, or require assistance, you may contact us at:

A properly completed cancellation prevents future renewals after it has been successfully processed.

Cancellation does not reverse or refund any payment covering a billing period that has already begun.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you may continue using the services until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

11. No Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription charges processed through Human Authority Architects™ are final.

BizurAI does not voluntarily provide refunds for:

change of mind;

failure to use the membership;

lack of time;

deciding to leave the program;

or cancellation after access has been granted.

This policy exists because, immediately upon activation, members receive access to digital assets, educational materials, methodologies, templates, resources, software, and tools already included in their membership.

The fact that a member:

does not download the materials;

does not complete the training;

does not use the software;

does not participate in the community;

does not implement the methodology;

or decides to stop using the services before the end of the billing period;

does not create any right to a refund.

Partial or prorated refunds are also not provided for partially used subscription periods.

However, BizurAI will promptly correct verified billing errors or duplicate charges if they occur.

Nothing in this section limits or removes any statutory refund, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Immediate Access to Digital Content

By purchasing the program, you expressly request that BizurAI begin providing immediate access to the available digital content, software, educational materials, and resources without waiting for any statutory cooling-off period to expire.

Where required by applicable law, BizurAI may request additional consent during checkout acknowledging immediate access to digital content and any corresponding impact on statutory withdrawal rights.

13. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, BizurAI or its payment processor may attempt to collect the payment again.

While any outstanding balance remains unpaid, BizurAI may suspend, in whole or in part:

access to BizurAI Software;

access to the member portal;

access to the community;

access to educational content;

access to resources;

membership benefits, including affiliate commission payments;

badges;

and related services.

A membership that terminates because of non-payment may be considered interrupted for purposes of Founding Member benefits.

14. BizurAI Software

Whenever your membership includes access to BizurAI Software, BizurAI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software while you maintain a valid subscription.

Your membership allows you to use BizurAI Software to manage your own authority, business, and professional activities using the features available within your subscription.

Your membership does not constitute the sale or transfer of ownership of the software or its underlying technology.

15. Prohibited Use of the Software

You may not:

share your account with unauthorized individuals;

resell your personal software access as though you owned the platform;

sublicense BizurAI without written authorization;

copy or clone the software;

attempt to obtain the source code through unauthorized means;

circumvent security measures;

access accounts belonging to other users;

interfere with the platform's infrastructure;

engage in illegal activities;

introduce malware or malicious software;

perform unauthorized scraping or large-scale data extraction;

or use the platform in any manner that may harm BizurAI or other users.

16. Third-Party Tools and Service Providers

BizurAI may integrate with or utilize technology and services provided by third parties, including but not limited to CRM platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, email services, automation tools, artificial intelligence providers, SEO services, analytics platforms, and other technology partners.

These providers operate independently and may change their features, availability, pricing, APIs, terms of service, or technologies at any time.

BizurAI may replace one provider with another whenever reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, or continue providing the services.

17. Use of Artificial Intelligence

BizurAI may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist with tasks including, but not limited to:

organizing information;

analysis;

structuring data;

generating drafts;

assisted research;

interviews;

recommendations;

content creation;

and automation.

Artificial intelligence systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information.

The Human Authority Architect™ remains responsible for exercising professional judgment, reviewing, validating, and verifying all outputs before publishing information or delivering work to a client.

18. Genuine Authority and the Prohibition Against Manufacturing Credibility

One of the fundamental principles of BizurAI and the HARAI™ methodology is that authority must be based on genuine, verifiable, and defensible human signals.

You may not use our ecosystem to deliberately fabricate or misrepresent:

credentials you do not possess;

academic degrees or certifications you have not earned;

professional experience you do not have;

fictitious awards;

nonexistent clients;

fabricated results;

false affiliations;

fake testimonials;

nonexistent publications;

or any other misleading evidence of authority.

When working on behalf of a client, you are responsible for conducting reasonable verification of the facts, evidence, and claims that you structure, organize, or publish.

19. BizurAI Does Not Control Artificial Intelligence Systems or Search Engines

BizurAI is designed to improve the clarity, structure, context, and verifiability of information representing genuine Human Authority.

However, BizurAI does not own, control, or influence Google, Bing, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or any other search engine, AI model, assistant, platform, or third-party system.

Accordingly, BizurAI does not guarantee:

that any person will appear in AI-generated responses;

that any AI system will recommend them;

that they will be cited by an AI model;

any specific ranking in search engines;

indexing;

traffic;

mentions;

visibility;

search rankings;

or recognition by any specific platform or technology.

20. No Guarantee of Income or Business Results

Human Authority Architects™ provides education, methodology, resources, infrastructure, and tools.

It is not a promise or guarantee of financial success.

BizurAI does not guarantee:

obtaining clients;

any specific number of clients;

revenue;

profitability;

return on investment;

leads;

sales;

employment;

contracts;

audience growth;

or any particular level of income.

Results depend on numerous factors, including, but not limited to:

your experience;

your market;

your sales ability;

execution;

quality of service;

positioning;

pricing;

consistency;

specialization;

and your individual circumstances.

Any figures, examples, scenarios, illustrations, or case studies presented for educational purposes should be understood as illustrative only unless BizurAI expressly states otherwise.

21. Your Professional Practice Belongs to You

One of the core principles of the Human Authority Architects™ model is that members are encouraged to develop their own independent professional practice.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise:

your clients belong to you;

your agreements with those clients belong to you;

you determine the services you provide;

you determine your pricing;

and all revenue generated from your own professional services belongs entirely to you.

BizurAI does not claim ownership of, or entitlement to, 50% of the professional services you independently sell.

You are free to combine your Human Authority Architect™ training with any other professional skills or services, including branding, web design, SEO, marketing, consulting, photography, video production, content creation, automation, or any other lawful professional activity.

22. Independent Relationship with BizurAI

Membership in Human Authority Architects™ does not create an employment relationship with BizurAI.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, nothing in these Terms creates a relationship of:

employment;

partnership;

joint venture;

franchise;

legal representation;

agency;

fiduciary relationship;

or any similar legal relationship.

You remain solely responsible for your own:

taxes;

contracts;

insurance;

licenses;

regulatory filings;

clients;

and business obligations.

23. Guaranteed 50% Referral Commission for BizurAI Software

BizurAI operates a referral program for Human Authority Architects™, BizurAI Partners, and other individuals or organizations specifically authorized to participate through a dedicated affiliate link issued or recognized by BizurAI.

For qualifying referrals that meet the requirements described in these Terms, BizurAI guarantees a 50% commission on eligible BizurAI Software sales.

This commission applies exclusively to eligible BizurAI Software subscriptions or purchases.

The commission does not apply to:

the member's professional service fees;

the client's total business revenue;

third-party products;

external services;

taxes;

custom professional services not included in BizurAI Software;

or any products that BizurAI has not expressly designated as eligible software under the referral program.

24. When a Referral Qualifies for the 50% Commission

To qualify for the 50% referral commission, the customer must purchase BizurAI Software through the dedicated affiliate link assigned to the applicable Human Authority Architect™, BizurAI Partner, or authorized affiliate.

The attribution recorded in BizurAI's systems shall serve as the operational reference for determining the origin of the referral.

If a customer purchases BizurAI Software without using an identifiable affiliate link, BizurAI is under no obligation to retroactively assign a commission where the origin of the referral cannot reasonably be verified.

Fraudulent or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake referrals, simulated purchases, cookie manipulation, or any other method intended to artificially generate commissions.

25. How the 50% Commission Is Calculated

The commission equals 50% of the base price of eligible BizurAI Software successfully collected through a qualifying referral attributed to the affiliate's dedicated referral link.

The commission calculation does not include:

taxes collected from the customer;

amounts later refunded as required by law;

chargebacks;

fraudulent payments;

reversed transactions;

or amounts that BizurAI ultimately does not receive.

When BizurAI Software is sold as an eligible recurring subscription, the 50% commission applies to each qualifying recurring payment successfully received from that referred customer for as long as the subscription remains active and properly attributed to the affiliate.

The frequency, payment method, payout schedule, and administrative procedures for commission payments may be described within the affiliate dashboard or the operational documentation of the referral program.

Such operational rules do not modify the guaranteed 50% commission percentage established in these Terms.

26. Refunds and Chargebacks on Referred Sales

A referral commission becomes fully earned only on valid revenue ultimately retained by BizurAI.

If a transaction that generated a commission is later:

refunded as required by law;

reversed;

subject to a chargeback;

determined to be fraudulent;

or otherwise cancelled;

BizurAI may cancel the corresponding commission or deduct it from future commission payments if it has already been paid.

27. Required Disclosure When Using Affiliate Links

Anyone promoting BizurAI through an affiliate link that may generate a commission must clearly disclose the existence of the affiliate relationship.

The disclosure should be understandable and reasonably close to the recommendation or affiliate link whenever applicable under the circumstances.

You may not intentionally conceal the fact that you may receive compensation when someone purchases through your affiliate link.

28. The Referral Program Is Not a Multi-Level Marketing Program

The 50% commission described in these Terms compensates eligible referrals of BizurAI Software.

No commission is paid merely for recruiting another person to become a Human Authority Architect™.

Likewise, commissions are not automatically generated through multiple levels of recruitment or downstream enrollments.

29. Authority Pages and Other Authority Assets

Throughout the program, members may learn how to create and implement Authority Pages and other digital assets designed to organize, document, and communicate genuine authority signals.

An Authority Page alone does not guarantee:

visibility;

indexing;

search rankings;

AI recommendations;

citations;

or recognition by artificial intelligence systems.

The value of the methodology lies in the research, validation, structure, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the authority represented by those assets.

30. BizurAI Authority Map™ and Future Network Systems

BizurAI may develop directories, authority maps, professional networks, profiles, categories, specialties, or other infrastructures designed to connect individuals, businesses, and Human Authority Architects™.

Purchasing a membership does not automatically guarantee:

inclusion in any directory;

placement within any authority map;

lead generation;

territorial exclusivity;

geographic priority;

or recognition as a certified partner.

The requirements applicable to each future program will be communicated when that particular system becomes available.

31. No Automatic Territorial Exclusivity

Becoming a Human Authority Architect™, Founding Member, or BizurAI user does not automatically reserve a city, region, country, industry, niche, or territory.

Any territorial exclusivity, geographic priority, or official designation must be expressly granted by BizurAI under the specific terms of the applicable program.

32. Badges, Certifications, and Professional Designations

BizurAI may create badges, certifications, professional levels, partner categories, or other forms of recognition.

A badge or certification may be subject to requirements such as:

completion of training;

successful implementations;

evaluations;

quality standards;

compliance with professional guidelines;

professional conduct;

participation;

maintaining an active membership;

or acceptance of additional agreements.

The Founding Member badge is separate from any professional certification and serves only to identify members who joined during the initial founding period established by BizurAI.

33. Use of the Human Authority Architect™ Designation

While actively participating in the ecosystem, you may truthfully describe your Human Authority Architect™ training or membership.

However, you may not falsely claim:

that you are an employee of BizurAI;

that you are BizurAI's legal representative;

that you are a certified partner if you have not been certified;

that you possess territorial exclusivity unless it has been expressly granted;

that BizurAI guarantees your work;

or that you own any BizurAI trademarks or intellectual property.

34. BizurAI Intellectual Property

BizurAI retains all intellectual property rights legally associated with its original software, methodologies, systems, educational materials, trademarks, brands, content, frameworks, documentation, AI agents, workflows, operating systems, and other proprietary assets.

This includes, without limitation:

Human Authority Map™

frameworks;

methodologies;

playbooks;

worksheets;

templates;

presentations;

videos;

written content;

AI prompts;

organized prompt libraries;

AI agents;

workflows;

operating systems;

implementation methodologies;

knowledge bases;

scripts;

dashboards;

software;

user interfaces;

documentation;

graphic assets;

databases;

and any other original materials, systems, or intellectual property developed by BizurAI.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of BizurAI's intellectual property to any member, partner, affiliate, or third party.

Except where expressly permitted by these Terms or by written authorization from BizurAI, no license is granted to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, commercialize, or create derivative works based on BizurAI's intellectual property.

35. What Your Membership Allows You to Do with BizurAI Materials

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided by BizurAI:

for your own education and professional development;

to implement the methodology for yourself;

to develop your professional skills;

and, where appropriate, to provide professional services to your own clients using the knowledge and methodologies you have learned.

You are free to apply what you learn in order to build and grow your own independent professional practice.

36. What You May Not Do with BizurAI Materials

Unless expressly authorized in writing by BizurAI, you may not:

resell any BizurAI course, training, certification, or educational program;

resell access to the resource library or community;

share your login credentials;

publish private modules or internal documentation;

distribute recordings of premium content;

substantially reproduce our methodologies, frameworks, operating systems, AI agents, workflows, or training materials as your own;

create competing educational programs by copying or substantially replicating BizurAI materials;

redistribute our private prompts, prompt libraries, AI agents, workflows, templates, or playbooks as standalone products;

copy or clone the structure of the HARAI™ methodology or the HARAI Crew™ operating system for commercial redistribution;

remove copyright or proprietary notices;

register confusingly similar trademarks, brands, domains, or product names;

or use BizurAI trademarks or branding in any manner likely to cause confusion regarding ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Nothing in this section prevents you from applying the knowledge, principles, or skills you learn through the program in your own independent professional practice.

37. Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights you lawfully own in your own intellectual property.

This may include, among other things:

your personal story;

photographs;

biography;

personal or business brand;

original content;

proprietary methodologies;

professional experience;

credentials;

and any other materials you contribute.

Providing or using this information within the BizurAI ecosystem does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to BizurAI.

38. Your Clients' Content and Intellectual Property

Your clients retain all rights they lawfully own in their own information, materials, and intellectual property.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, authorizations, or legal rights necessary before uploading, processing, publishing, or otherwise using any client or third-party content within BizurAI.

39. Technical License Required to Provide the Service

When you upload information or content to BizurAI, you grant BizurAI a limited license to store, process, transmit, display, and technically use that content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested.

This limited license does not transfer ownership of your identity, personal brand, business, or original content to BizurAI.

40. Privacy and Client Personal Data

If you use BizurAI as part of your professional activities, you may process information relating to third parties, including:

names;

email addresses;

interviews;

personal stories;

biographies;

photographs;

credentials;

business information;

documents;

and other personal or professional information.

As a Human Authority Architect™, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws relevant to your activities.

Your use of BizurAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

41. Community Standards

Access to any BizurAI community is a membership benefit subject to reasonable standards of conduct.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

harassment;

spam;

discrimination;

abusive conduct;

aggressive solicitation of members;

publishing another person's confidential information;

distributing private community content without authorization;

impersonation;

or any conduct that materially harms the community.

BizurAI reserves the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend community access whenever reasonably necessary to protect the community and its members.

42. Confidentiality Between Members

Members may share strategies, experiences, documents, business information, questions, or case studies within private areas of the BizurAI ecosystem.

You agree to treat as confidential any information that, by its nature, is not intended for public distribution.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, disclose, or commercially use another member's confidential information without that member's permission.

43. Recording of Sessions

Certain workshops, live sessions, classes, labs, coaching calls, or group meetings may be recorded and later made available to members of the community.

Whenever appropriate, BizurAI will inform participants that a session is being recorded.

Where required by applicable law or by the nature of the intended use, BizurAI may obtain additional authorization before using a member's image, voice, or personal story for identifiable promotional purposes.

44. Testimonials and Case Studies

BizurAI may request permission from members to share testimonials, experiences, success stories, or case studies for educational or promotional purposes.

All testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that other members will achieve similar results.

45. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use BizurAI, Human Authority Architects™, HARAI™, BizurAI Software, or any related service to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

fraud;

unlawful activities;

identity impersonation;

fabrication of authority or credentials;

intellectual property infringement;

harassment;

distribution of malware or malicious software;

unauthorized access to computer systems;

theft or misuse of data;

intentional privacy violations;

deceptive or misleading business practices;

fraudulent manipulation of affiliate or referral systems;

abuse of artificial intelligence systems;

or any activity that may materially harm BizurAI, its members, clients, partners, or third parties.

46. Suspension or Termination by BizurAI

BizurAI may suspend or terminate a member's account whenever there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to:

non-payment;

fraud;

abuse of the platform;

material violation of these Terms;

deliberate fabrication of credentials or authority;

infringement of intellectual property rights;

misuse of BizurAI trademarks or branding;

harmful conduct within the community;

security risks;

illegal activities;

or any conduct that materially jeopardizes the integrity of the BizurAI ecosystem.

Whenever reasonably appropriate, BizurAI will attempt to provide the member with an opportunity to correct a violation before permanently terminating the account.

However, fraudulent conduct, serious misconduct, security threats, or activities creating immediate risk may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

47. Service Availability

BizurAI strives to keep its services available, secure, and operational.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation.

Service interruptions may occur due to, among other things:

scheduled maintenance;

software updates;

platform migrations;

third-party service providers;

internet connectivity;

hosting providers;

APIs;

cybersecurity incidents;

force majeure events;

or circumstances beyond BizurAI's reasonable control.

48. Educational Content — Not Professional Advice

If you use BizurAI's knowledge, software, methodology, AI agents, templates, or other resources to provide professional services, you remain solely responsible for your relationship with your clients.

This includes, among other things:

defining the scope of your services;

client agreements;

pricing;

project timelines;

billing;

representations and promises made to clients;

privacy compliance;

obtaining permissions;

quality of work;

and compliance with all laws applicable to your professional activities.

BizurAI does not become a party to your client agreements merely because you use our software, methodology, or educational resources.

50. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BizurAI, Human Authority Architects™, HARAI™, BizurAI Software, AI agents, educational materials, and related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

BizurAI makes no warranty or guarantee that:

every feature will always remain available;

the services will operate without interruption or error;

third-party integrations will remain available;

any strategy will produce a particular outcome;

AI-generated responses will always be accurate;

search engines or AI systems will recognize any specific authority;

or the services will be suitable for every person, business, or situation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

51. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizurAI Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of:

profits;

sales;

customers;

business opportunities;

data;

reputation;

search visibility;

authority;

rankings;

AI recognition;

goodwill;

or revenue.

Where applicable law permits limitation of liability, BizurAI's total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the member to BizurAI during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

52. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizurAI Corp, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, successors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

your professional services;

your contractual obligations toward your clients;

content submitted or published by you;

false or misleading statements made by you;

infringement of intellectual property rights committed by you;

privacy or data protection violations attributable to your activities;

misuse of BizurAI Software or the HARAI™ methodology;

or your material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify BizurAI for claims arising solely from BizurAI's own unlawful conduct.

53. Changes to General Pricing

BizurAI may modify the prices offered to future members and customers at any time.

Future promotions, discounts, or pricing changes do not automatically entitle existing members to receive those same conditions.

Special pricing protections applicable to Founding Members shall continue to be governed exclusively by the corresponding section of these Terms.

54. Changes to these Terms

BizurAI may modify these Terms whenever reasonably necessary to reflect, among other things:

changes to our products or services;

new features or functionality;

improvements to the HARAI™ methodology;

updates to BizurAI Software;

new AI technologies;

security enhancements;

operational changes;

legal or regulatory requirements;

or the ongoing evolution of the BizurAI ecosystem.

Whenever a material change affects an active membership, BizurAI will provide notice in a manner reasonably appropriate under the circumstances or as required by applicable law.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms identifies the current version.

Your continued use of the services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

55. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using BizurAI, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to:

your account;

billing;

payments;

security;

technical support;

service updates;

legal notices;

important changes;

membership administration;

and other communications necessary for operating your account.

Marketing communications will always remain subject to your communication preferences and applicable unsubscribe mechanisms.

56. International Users

BizurAI is intended for members located in many different countries.

Each member is responsible for determining which laws, tax obligations, licensing requirements, consumer protection rules, professional regulations, and privacy laws apply to their own activities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of any mandatory legal protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to their place of residence.

57. Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of another jurisdiction where such protections cannot legally be excluded.

58. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both BizurAI and the member agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct communication.

59. Eligibility

Human Authority Architects™, BizurAI Software, and all related services are intended for individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You may not purchase or maintain a membership if you are legally prohibited from accepting these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

60. Account Transfer

Memberships, user accounts, Founding Member status, badges, licenses, certifications, subscriptions, affiliate accounts, or any rights granted under these Terms may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, sublicensed, or otherwise conveyed to another person or entity without BizurAI's prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized transfer may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

61. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

62. No Waiver

Any failure or delay by BizurAI to enforce any right, remedy, or provision contained in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or prevent BizurAI from enforcing it at a later time.

Any waiver must be expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of BizurAI.

63. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

the applicable offer page;

the checkout page;

the Privacy Policy;

the Cookie Policy;

any additional policies referenced herein;

and any separate written agreement expressly accepted by the member,

constitute the entire agreement governing your relationship with BizurAI regarding the services covered by these Terms.

If a specific partnership agreement, certification agreement, commercial agreement, enterprise agreement, or other written contract expressly provides otherwise, that specific agreement shall prevail solely with respect to the matters it specifically governs.

64. Order of Precedence

If a genuine conflict exists between applicable contractual documents, the following order of precedence shall apply to the specific issue in dispute:

A written agreement signed by both parties.

The specific terms presented on the checkout page or accepted offer.

These Terms and Conditions.

The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other supplemental policies.

General marketing materials, promotional pages, webinars, presentations, or advertisements do not modify these Terms unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement.

66. Final Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, renewing, or using Human Authority Architects™, BizurAI Software, HARAI™, the Human Authority Network, or any service governed by these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:

your membership automatically renews until you cancel it;

you may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your BizurAI account;

BizurAI does not provide voluntary refunds once access to the applicable digital products, software, services, or membership benefits has been activated;

the no-refund policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived;

Founding Members retain their locked Founder pricing only while maintaining an uninterrupted active subscription;

if a Founding Member cancels, Founder pricing, Founder status, and any associated Founder benefits are permanently forfeited;

any future enrollment will be subject to the pricing and conditions in effect at that time;

BizurAI guarantees a 50% referral commission on eligible BizurAI Software subscriptions properly attributed through an approved affiliate or referral link;

the 50% referral commission applies exclusively to eligible BizurAI Software revenue and does not give BizurAI any ownership interest in your independent professional services;

your clients, your professional services, your pricing, and your business remain entirely your own;

BizurAI does not guarantee clients, leads, sales, income, rankings, search visibility, AI citations, AI recommendations, or recognition by any artificial intelligence system;

you agree to use the HARAI™ methodology ethically and never fabricate credentials, authority, testimonials, experience, or other misleading signals of trust;

and all BizurAI intellectual property—including its software, methodologies, AI agents, operating systems, frameworks, authority architectures, trademarks, educational materials, and proprietary assets—remains the exclusive property of BizurAI Corp and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
