BizurAI Corp is incorporated in the United States and uses technological infrastructure that may operate in different countries.
Accordingly, your data may be processed or stored outside the country where you reside.
When applicable laws require specific mechanisms for international transfers, we will seek to use legally available and appropriate measures.
European privacy frameworks require that individuals be informed about international transfers and applicable safeguards when relevant.

However, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
26. YOUR SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
You must also protect your own account.
You are responsible for:
using secure credentials;
not sharing passwords;
protecting your devices;
keeping your email up to date;
logging out on shared devices;
and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
27. THIRD-PARTY DATA AND HUMAN AUTHORITY ARCHITECT™ RESPONSIBILITY
If you are a Human Authority Architect™ and you process a client’s information using BizurAI, you have your own obligations toward that client.
You must ensure that you have a valid basis to:
collect their data;

publish biographies;
verify credentials;
share information;
and use third-party tools or artificial intelligence.
BizurAI does not replace your legal obligations toward your own clients.
28. CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR
BizurAI’s legal role may vary depending on the situation.
When we collect your data directly to administer your membership, account, payments, marketing, or relationship with BizurAI, we generally act as the controller for that processing.
When a Human Authority Architect™ uses BizurAI to process information about their own client, the Human Authority Architect or their company may act as the controller for that data and BizurAI may act as a provider or processor for certain technical operations.
When necessary for a specific business relationship, additional data processing terms may be agreed.

We will respond in accordance with the timeframes set by applicable law.

When processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time for future uses.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

When applicable law grants you the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, you can exercise it by contacting us.
Direct marketing requests may also be managed using the unsubscribe mechanisms included in our communications.
33. EMAIL MARKETING

controller identity;
purposes;
legal bases;

recipients;
international transfers;
retention;
rights;
withdrawal of consent;
complaints to authorities;
and automated decisions when applicable.
These items are a central part of Europe’s transparency requirements.
35. COMPLAINTS TO DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITIES
If applicable law recognizes this right, you may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your place of residence, work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
Before doing so, you can contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any concerns directly.
36. UNITED STATES USERS
Privacy rights may vary by state of residence.
When an applicable state privacy law grants additional rights, BizurAI will handle valid requests in accordance with that law.
This Policy is not intended to limit any rights that an applicable state law makes mandatory.
37. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO ADVERTISERS
BizurAI does not operate under a model intended to sell personal databases to advertisers.
We may use external providers for analytics, advertising, or technical operations, but such use will be subject to the applicable purposes, configurations, and legal obligations.
The FTC emphasizes that statements made in a privacy policy must align with a company’s actual practices.
38. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
We may use measurement or advertising tools to understand:
where visitors come from;
which campaigns work;
which pages drive conversions;
and how to improve our communication.
Depending on the technology used, these tools may use cookies or other identifiers.
When consent is required, it will be requested before activating non-essential technologies.
39. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
Our sites and services may include links to:
social networks;
payment processors;
technology platforms;
AI services;
external tools;
or third-party sites.
BizurAI does not control the privacy policies of those third parties.
You should review their policies when you interact directly with their services.
40. PUBLIC INFORMATION
Some BizurAI products are designed specifically to create a public presence.
For example, an Authority Page may contain information a user wants to make publicly accessible, such as:
name;
photo;
bio;
experience;
credentials;
topics;
links;
publications;
profiles;
company;
and other authority signals.
Information deliberately published on a public page may be:
seen by anyone;
indexed by search engines;
temporarily stored by third parties;
linked from other sites;
and processed by artificial intelligence systems.
You should carefully consider what information you want to publish.
41. SEARCH ENGINES AND AI SYSTEMS
Part of the purpose of certain BizurAI assets is to make public and legitimate information understandable by search engines and AI systems.
Once information is made publicly accessible on the internet, BizurAI cannot fully control:
how a search engine indexes it;
how a web archive copies it;
how a third party cites it;
how an AI interprets it;
or how long it remains in third-party caches.
Removing information from BizurAI does not guarantee its immediate removal from all external systems.
42. AUTHORITY AND THIRD-PARTY DATA OBTAINED FROM PUBLIC SOURCES
In certain features, a user may provide or research publicly available information about themselves, their company, or their clients.
When BizurAI obtains personal data from a source other than the individual, transparency obligations will depend on the nature of the processing and applicable law.
European rules, for example, require additional information about the categories and sources of data when it is not obtained directly from the data subject.
43. MINORS
BizurAI, Human Authority Architects™, and our professional services are primarily intended for adults with legal capacity to contract.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the program.
If you believe a minor has provided us with data inappropriately, you can write to:
44. SENSITIVE DATA
BizurAI is not designed as a platform to store highly sensitive categories of data that are not necessary for the service.
We ask that you avoid unnecessarily entering information such as:
medical data;
diagnoses;
extremely sensitive financial information;
full numbers of government documents;
passwords;
biometric data;
intimate information;
or other especially sensitive data,
unless there is a legitimate reason and a feature specifically designed to process it.
45. RETENTION OF AFFILIATE DATA
Information related to referrals and commissions may be retained for as long as necessary for:
attribution;
payments;
audit;
accounting;
tax obligations;
fraud prevention;
resolving discrepancies;
and legal compliance.
Deleting an account does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of financial records we are legally required to retain.
46. BADGES AND FOUNDER MEMBER STATUS
We may record information intended to verify:
join date;
subscription continuity;
Founder Member status;
badge;
rate;
and related benefits.
These data may be retained as long as necessary to properly administer membership-related rights.
47. UPDATING YOUR DATA
You are responsible for keeping the information associated with your account reasonably up to date.
You can update certain data directly within BizurAI Software or contact us when you need assistance.
48. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
BizurAI cannot automatically verify all information entered by each user.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide about yourself or a third party is:
accurate;
legitimate;
relevant;
and obtained with authorization.
This is especially important with respect to credentials, experience, results, and other authority signals.
49. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY ARE NOT AN ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can completely eliminate all risks.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that:
a platform will never be attacked;
a provider will never have an outage;
an account will never be compromised;
or that an internet transmission will be absolutely secure.
If we detect a relevant incident, we will act in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
50. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may modify this Privacy Policy when there are changes to:
our products;
providers;
technologies;
features;
legal requirements;
internal processes;
or data practices.
The current version will display a new update date.
When a change is material and the law requires it, we may communicate it via:
email;
notice within the software;
notice on the site;
or an equivalent mechanism.
51. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES
This Privacy Policy should be read together with:
our Terms and Conditions;
