HARAI™ — Human Authority Recognized by AI
BizurAI Software
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
1. WHO USES COOKIES
The sites and services covered by this Policy are operated by:
BizurAI Corp
1613 Evans Ave 520
Cheyenne, WY 82001
United States
Email: [email protected]
BizurAI uses technology infrastructure provided by third parties, including HighLevel / GoHighLevel (“GHL”), to operate certain websites, funnels, forms, CRM, automations, analytics, affiliate programs, and other features.
For this reason, some cookies or technologies used on our sites may be set directly by BizurAI, and others by technology providers we use to deliver our services.
2. WHAT A COOKIE IS
A cookie is a small data file that a website can store in your browser or on your device.
Cookies can be used, among other things, to:
allow a page to function properly;
remember preferences;
keep a session active;
recognize a browser;
measure visits and behavior;
identify the source a visitor came from;
attribute a sale to an affiliate;
analyze campaigns;
prevent fraud;
improve the experience;
and customize certain features.
Cookies are not the only mechanism used for these purposes.
We may also use similar technologies, such as:
pixels;
tags;
scripts;
browser identifiers;
local storage;
URL parameters;
tracking codes;
and other technical identifiers.
In this Policy, we use the term “cookies” broadly to also refer to these technologies when appropriate.
3. HOW WE USE COOKIES
BizurAI may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
maintaining the technical operation of our sites;
making navigation easier;
remembering preferences;
managing sessions;
protecting forms and accounts;
analyzing traffic;
measuring conversions;
understanding which pages perform best;
identifying traffic sources;
attributing referrals;
calculating affiliate commissions;
measuring advertising campaigns;
improving funnels;
preventing fraud;
troubleshooting technical issues;
and optimizing our products and communications.
4. HIGHLEVEL / GHL INFRASTRUCTURE
BizurAI uses HighLevel for various business and technology functions.
Depending on how you interact with our sites, HighLevel may be involved in functions such as:
hosting or presenting pages;
funnels;
forms;
surveys;
calendars;
order forms;
checkout;
CRM;
analytics;
attribution;
Affiliate Manager;
automations;
web chat;
and other features.
HighLevel offers a specific cookie consent system for Funnels & Websites that allows you to distinguish cookie categories and lets a visitor accept all cookies, accept only essential cookies, reject certain categories, or save their preferences.
5. COOKIE CATEGORIES
We may use the following categories.
A. Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the site or service to function properly.
They may be used for:
security;
navigation;
site functionality;
sessions;
fraud protection;
authentication;
saving essential preferences;
and operating forms or checkout.
These cookies typically cannot be turned off from our banner because the service may stop working correctly.
When we use HighLevel’s consent system, these cookies may appear under the category:
Essential / Esenciales
6. FUNCTIONAL COOKIES
These cookies enable additional features that are not always strictly necessary to view the page.
They may be used to:
remember certain preferences;
improve functionality;
integrate third-party components;
enable certain interactions;
support social features;
and improve the user experience.
HighLevel includes this category under:
Functional / Funcionales.
7. ANALYTICS COOKIES
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our sites.
They may allow us to learn information such as:
page views;
sessions;
approximate time on a page;
navigation paths;
traffic sources;
conversions;
submitted forms;
page performance;
and aggregated behavior.
We may use analytics provided directly by HighLevel or integrate external tools.
HighLevel offers funnel and site metrics related to visits, opt-ins, sales, earnings, and other performance indicators.
8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE TAG MANAGER
When installed and enabled, we may use Google tools such as:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
These tools may use cookies or identifiers to measure traffic and behavior.
Common examples of Google Analytics cookies may include identifiers such as:
ga
gid
HighLevel recommends classifying these types of cookies within the Analytics category when using its Cookie Consent Banner.
The exact presence of Google cookies will depend on which tools BizurAI has enabled at any given time.
9. PERFORMANCE COOKIES
We may use cookies or technologies intended to evaluate and improve the technical performance of our sites.
They may help us understand:
speed;
errors;
technical behavior;
loading issues;
element performance;
and overall experience.
Within HighLevel, this category may appear as:
Performance / Rendimiento.
10. ADVERTISING COOKIES
We may use cookies, pixels, or identifiers related to advertising campaigns.
These technologies may be used to:
measure ads;
attribute conversions;
create audiences;
understand whether a user came from a campaign;
limit or personalize advertising;
and measure advertising performance.
When these technologies are not strictly necessary, we will seek to use them in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
11. META PIXEL / FACEBOOK
BizurAI may use Meta tools, including as applicable:
Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel
Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
HighLevel allows integrating Meta Pixel and related Meta Conversions API events within funnels and websites.
Cookies commonly associated with Meta may include:
fbp
fbc
HighLevel recommends classifying these cookies within the Advertising category.
Their presence will depend on whether BizurAI has an active Meta campaign or integration on the relevant site.
12. TRAFFIC SOURCE ATTRIBUTION
BizurAI uses attribution mechanisms to understand where visitors and contacts come from.
This may allow us to identify, for example, if a person came from:
Google;
social media;
an ad;
an email;
a campaign;
a specific page;
a referral;
or an external source.
HighLevel allows logging First Attribution and Latest Attribution information—i.e., the first known source of an interaction and the most recently recorded source for that contact.
This data may be used for business analysis, campaign improvement, and proper conversion attribution.
13. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL COOKIES
BizurAI operates a referral program for BizurAI Software.
When you access a site through a dedicated link from a Human Authority Architect™, partner, or BizurAI affiliate, cookies, identifiers, or attribution parameters may be used to associate the visit and any eventual purchase with that affiliate.
HighLevel Affiliate Manager uses cookies specifically to track actions taken after visiting a page via an affiliate link and to properly attribute sales and commissions.
We may use this information to:
identify which affiliate generated the referral;
attribute a sale;
calculate the applicable 50% commission for BizurAI Software when eligible;
prevent fraud;
resolve attribution disputes;
and maintain business records.
14. DURATION OF AFFILIATE COOKIES
Affiliate cookies may have a specific attribution or duration window.
HighLevel refers to this period as Cookie Length and allows a sale completed within that window to be linked to the corresponding affiliate.
The specific duration used by BizurAI may vary based on the current program configuration.
The existence of a cookie does not, by itself, guarantee a commission if a transaction does not meet the other requirements of the referral program.
15. URL PARAMETERS AND AFFILIATE LINKS
In addition to cookies, an affiliate link may contain identifiers in the URL.
These identifiers help the system recognize which Human Authority Architect™, partner, or affiliate originated the visit.
HighLevel may use affiliate identifiers included in URLs and attribution data to associate sales with the corresponding affiliate.
16. FORMS AND CONVERSION
When you complete a form, book an appointment, fill out a survey, submit an order form, or complete checkout, cookies and identifiers may be used to:
maintain a session;
prevent loss of information;
properly attribute the contact;
measure a conversion;
associate the interaction with a campaign;
and record the lead source.
HighLevel enables data collection through Funnels & Websites, Forms, Surveys, Calendars, Order Forms, and Web Chat, among other features.
17. TRACKING CODE AND THIRD-PARTY SCRIPTS
BizurAI may add scripts or tracking code within certain pages.
HighLevel allows inserting tracking code into pages and may inject it dynamically in the browser. This also enables integrating tools such as Google Tag Manager and other tracking technologies.
Any non-essential technology incorporated through those scripts will be subject to the applicable consent requirements.
18. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Some cookies may be set by third parties and not directly by BizurAI.
Depending on the tools enabled, these entities may include categories such as:
HighLevel;
Google;
Meta;
payment processors;
video platforms;
analytics tools;
chat tools;
calendars;
support platforms;
and other providers.
Each provider may apply its own privacy and cookie policy to information it processes directly.
19. WHICH COOKIES WE USE EXACTLY
The exact list of cookies may change over time because our sites, funnels, plugins, providers, campaigns, and tools evolve.
Rather than stating that a static list will always be exhaustive, BizurAI will, when appropriate, use the site’s cookie preferences system to show currently detected cookies and their categories.
HighLevel allows recording, for each cookie:
name;
category;
domain;
duration;
and description.
BizurAI may update that classification when it adds or removes technologies.
20. COOKIE SCANNING AND REVIEW
We will periodically review the active cookies on our primary sites and funnels.
HighLevel recommends periodic scans, especially after adding new scripts or tools, to confirm which cookies are being used and to assign them correctly to their categories.
21. COOKIE CONSENT
When applicable law requires prior consent for certain cookies, we will display a banner or an equivalent mechanism.
Depending on your location and the applicable configuration, you may have options such as:
Accept all
Allows essential cookies and also any optional categories selected.
Accept essential only
Allows only cookies necessary for the basic functioning of the site.
Reject
Prevents or limits the use of non-essential cookies based on the available configuration.
Manage preferences
Allows selecting certain categories.
HighLevel provides these functions within its Cookie Consent Banner.
22. ESSENTIAL COOKIES DO NOT REQUIRE THE SAME TYPE OF CHOICE
Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a requested service or to keep the site functioning may remain active even when you reject other categories.
These cookies are not primarily used for advertising or optional tracking.
23. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PREFERENCES
When our site has a cookie preferences center enabled, you can use it to review or change your decisions.
In other cases, you can also:
delete cookies from your browser;
block cookies;
limit third-party cookies;
use private browsing;
or set device-specific preferences.
Please note that blocking certain cookies may affect some functionality.
24. WITHDRAWING CONSENT
When a non-essential cookie is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent for future use.
Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawfully carried out before you changed your preferences.
25. CONSENT RETENTION
The system may temporarily store your choice to avoid asking you on every visit.
HighLevel allows configuring a consent expiration period, after which the visitor may be asked again to make a choice.
26. USERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, EEA, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM
When European or UK privacy and electronic communications laws apply, we will seek not to activate non-essential cookies requiring consent before obtaining a valid choice.
This may include cookies related to:
advertising;
non-essential analytics;
non-essential performance;
tracking;
and certain third-party features.
Strictly necessary cookies may function without that consent where permitted by law.
27. USERS IN THE UNITED STATES
Rules around cookies, advertising, and data may vary by state.
When an applicable state law provides rights related to certain forms of tracking, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information, BizurAI will seek to provide the mechanisms legally required.
28. DO NOT TRACK AND BROWSER SIGNALS
Some browsers offer mechanisms such as “Do Not Track” or other privacy signals.
The technical response to these signals may depend on the tools and providers integrated into the site.
When a legally recognized preference signal must be honored, we will seek to do so in accordance with applicable law.
29. PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING
When we use advertising technologies, certain cookies may help show or measure advertising based on prior interactions.
Not all BizurAI campaigns use personalized advertising.
When required, such cookies will be subject to applicable consent or opt-out mechanisms.
30. COOKIES ON AUTHORITY PAGES AND CLIENT PAGES
Certain Human Authority Architects™ may use BizurAI or HighLevel infrastructure to build pages, Authority Pages, or other assets for their own clients.
The entity that controls that page may have its own legal responsibilities regarding cookies and tracking.
When BizurAI simply provides the technology infrastructure, the Human Authority Architect™ or their client may be responsible for determining:
which scripts are installed;
which pixels are used;
which cookies are activated;
what consent is needed;
and which policy must be shown to visitors.
31. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HUMAN AUTHORITY ARCHITECT™
The training provided by BizurAI does not replace each professional’s legal compliance obligations.
If you use BizurAI or GHL to create pages for third parties, you are responsible for reviewing the technologies you implement.
You should not automatically copy this Cookie Policy for a client and assume it accurately describes their business.
Each client’s policy should reflect the cookies and tools they actually use.
32. COOKIES AND SECURITY
Some cookies or identifiers may be used to:
prevent fraud;
detect anomalous behavior;
protect accounts;
prevent attacks;
control sessions;
and strengthen security.
These technologies may be considered essential when necessary to protect the service.
33. CHANGES IN PROVIDERS
BizurAI may add, replace, or stop using certain technologies.
This may cause changes in:
cookie names;
duration;
providers;
domains;
and purposes.
We will update this Policy when changes are significant enough.
34. UPDATING THIS POLICY
We may modify this Cookie Policy to reflect:
new tools;
changes in HighLevel;
new campaigns;
new technologies;
legal changes;
new providers;
or changes to our practices.
The date listed at the beginning will show the most recent update.
35. RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Cookies may collect or generate information considered personal data.
The processing of that information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We recommend reading both policies together.
